An exception stay - Andrew’s place was nothing short of a wonderful stay for those looking for a quiet getaway. The location is great, with a mart just down the road and everything else (beach, restaurant, bars) within a 5-10 min radius. Will definitely stay again!

All was good

We enjoyed staying at Andrews Villa very much. The house is in a quiet complex with several villas. It is completely unclear and offers a lot of privacy. Amenities, pool, furnishings are wonderful and you have a beautiful sea view with lots of greenery around it. We liked the fact that you only have to walk 5 minutes from this quiet oasis to get to the lively Kata with many restaurants and the beautiful beach. The way back to the villa is a bit of a hassle, as the complex is on its way, but it is well worth it and is really very short. We would come back at any time.

We booked the villa for a 6-night stay and were pleasantly surprised it was situated so well to explore both the northern and southern sides of Kata beach. Being in the villa and pool feels like you are up in the tree tops with the estate garden exceptionally well managed and extremely beautiful. To enjoy this amazing view there are a few flights of stairs. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Andrews place. Very nice pool. Villa is quite and private yet in walking distance to the beach. Andrew always responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Incredible villa within walking distance to the #1 beach in Phuket (Kata beach), although we drove as there’s a steep incline between the beach and house. It’s within a secure community that’s absolutely beautiful and the security guards were also so friendly and helped us feel as if it was our home. The view is incredible. From the second we walked in, we were in heaven! The cost was very reasonable for what it was. We were only 2 couples, so loved the 2 primary suites on the main level. There were 2 separate bedrooms on lower (disconnected) levels. Our kids (and us) would have loved the privacy had they come. The private pool was amazing. We got plenty of insta photos overlooking it at sunset! We took Andrew up on his connection to book private massages and a chef. Both were great, especially for the cost. Mam (a local who is not associated with the house - just a nice connection) handled all that. She was super helpful! We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Andrew!

Andrew is an accommodative host, very responsive. Khun Mam, the villa manager, is brilliant, she helps us to arrange a private chef and it was a fantastic dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is within walking distance to the beach (approx 5 mins) and restaurants, although you need to climb a short but steep hill to get back. It is perfect for 2 couples as the other 2 rooms are accessible only by outside staircase. The pool is great, our family really enjoyed our time there.

The place we very nice and Andrew and the cohost was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Any issues we had was attended to in a timely manner, thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Andrew's place - in fact, my parents in law said it was the best airbnb they ever stayed in. Andrew was very responsive, friendly, booked us airport transport, let us check in early and also provided lots of children things such as mattress, pillow and booster seat. Everything was perfect - thank you!

Very comfortable Villa with everything provided - except washing machine powder - container on top of machine was empty - also our taxi ordered to transfer to airport on departure day did not arrive - fortunately we were able to get one through an app.

The view was great, very relaxing place. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A very nice property with a private pool and sea view. We have holidayed in Kata many times in the past and this stay was our most enjoyable to date.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the villa and we are allowed to have a late check out by Andrew which was very helpful as we did have a late flight during check out day. View at the villa was beautiful! Pool at the villa facing the sea and we caught a few great sunsets. For what we paid I think this was very worth it and we would be happy to return.

Andrew and the local staff were so courteous and helpful, the facilities of the Villas were just what we were looking for. Cannot recommend this place more highly.
