Getting to Kata Beach

Kata Beach is only 400 m from the Villa

Kata beach is a short walk down the hill from the Villa.

When you exit the Katamanda Estate, turn left, walk down the hill and turn right at the junction where you see the Minimart. The entrance to the beach is just about 20 m further down on the left (where you see the power pole in the photo).

Walk down the first lane you see on the left once you have passed the Minimart, and about 20 m further down the lane you will see a restaurant right on the beach. There is a set of steps just to the right of the restaurant, and that's it, you are on Kata beach and all it has to offer.

Right next to the entrance to the beach, is a surfing school where you can learn to surf, rent paddle boards, snorkels, or windsurf boards. Enjoy!
