Please follow these instructions to get to Villa Mauao
Turn Left at The Orchidacea
Turn Left at the Orchidacea Junction
Getting to Villa Mauao can be a bit ticky if you choose to travel to the villa for the first time yourself, as opposed to taking the Airport Transfer service.
The best way to locate Villa Mauao is to use Google Maps and search for "Katamanda Villa Mauao". Google Maps will then direct you to the entrance of the villa.
Coming by car from Kata centre, after driving 100 metres past the "Boathouse" on the righthand side of the main road in Kata, turn left at the "Orchidacea", which is on the corner of the hill when looking straight ahead, and proceed up the road for about 40 meters.

The Entrance to Katamanda Estate
The entrance to the "Katamanda Estate is on the right side of the road, directly opposite to the "SiS Hotel" entrance.

Villa Mauao Entrance
Villa Mauao, is about 40 metres on from the estate entrance, and it is the 3rd villa on the left after entering the estate, just as the road starts to descend.
Keypad Entry
Entry to the villa is by Keypad
Please use the keypad to enter the villa. The keypad is located to the left of the wooden entry doors. The keypad code will have been provided to you upon confirmation of your reservation.
